Prof. Lam Hon-Ming, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology, was invited to attend the Opening Ceremony of China Resources Institute of Science and Technology, and introduced the soybean research of the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology. China Resources Research Institute of Science and Technology aims to promote industry, learning and research in Hong Kong. The guests attending the opening ceremony included Mr. Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, Mr. Zhi Zhe, Executive Vice President of China Resources Institute of Science and Technology, Mr. Chen Ying, President of China Resources Institute of Science and Technology, Ms. Lillian Cheong Man Lei, Deputy Director of Hong Kong Innovation Technology and Industry Bureau, Mr. Huang Keqiang, CEO of Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, Prof. Sham Mai Har, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
