The Director of State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology, Prof. Lam Hon-Ming, delivered a STEAM Education course for secondary school teachers on the topic “STEAM Education Enriching Knowledge Series : (1) Food Security and Bio-Energy”. This course is to enrich teachers’ knowledge about the factors affecting food security in our country and related responsive strategies; and also to enrich teachers’ knowledge about the issues related to bio-energy development in our country. The course was organized by the Education Bureau for the Continuing Professional Development of Teachers.
