Agrobiotechnology Talk Series (1) From Crop to Flavour

The Agrobiotechnology talk series is organized by Centre of Soybean Research, State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology to promote agrobiotechnology and enhance understanding of the potential applications of agricultural products.
The first series speaker was Dr Joanna Chen, the former Group Chief R&D and Quality Officer of Vitasoy International Holdings Limited. She introduced how crops are turned into flavourful meals, flavouring components and tasty/aromatic processed foods and drinks full of pleasing flavour surprises. This online talk held successfully by broken the time hurdle in different time zone around the world, and a total of 94 participants (84 via zoom) from Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and Australia joined this international meeting.
