The SKLA Director delivered a public talk to around 100 S3-S5 students of The Chinese Foundation Secondary School on 19 Nov 2021. In the talk, Prof. Lam introduced the importance of soybean in the history of China and its diet culture, the roles of soybean in food security and sustainable development of the world.
