Prof. Hon-Ming Lam, the SKLA Director and Choh-Ming Li Professor of Life Sciences, was invited to deliver an online lecture on “Food Security and Bio-Energy” at CUHK lecture series on “National Security: The Bigger Picture” on 24 February, 2022. In this lecture, Prof Lam introduced the factors affecting food security in China, the current status and related responsive strategies. He also gave a brief introduction on the issues related to bio-energy development in China.
