Ming Pao Daily reported that Prof. Lam Hon-Ming, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology, is researching heat-resistant soybeans suitable for local cultivation in Pakistan. In May this year, he led seed experts, engineers and Pakistani students living in Hong Kong to Pakistan to learn about the difficulties of soybean cultivation in local farmers and try to find solutions to help them.
