The 15th Agrobiotechnology Talk Series ‘Bioactive Compounds in Crops’ was held online via zoom with a total of 68 participants attended. Prof Wing Tak Jack Wong from the CUHK introduced the bioactive compounds in crops and their role in health promotion and prevention of diseases. He also shared his works to demonstrate the novel cardiovascular benefits of active compounds from food sources.
