The 8th Agrobiotechnology Talk ‘Intagible Assets of Agrobiotechnology’ was held online via zoom with a total of 36 participants attended. In this talk, lawyer Dr Albert Wai‐Kit Chan from International Intangible Asset Institute introduced the interactions of intangible assets of agrobiotechnology, including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Plant Variety Rights, Database, Regulatory approvals, Internet and other information networks.
