The State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology (SKLA) warmly congratulates Prof. Jiang Liwen, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (External Affairs), Choh-Ming Li Professor of Life Sciences, and Deputy Director of SKLA, on receiving two distinguished honours from the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB). He has been named a Fellow of ASPB and nominated for the Enid MacRobbie Corresponding Membership, recognising outstanding plant scientists based outside the United States.

Prof. Jiang is the first scholar from Hong Kong to receive two prestigious international accolades from the American Society of Plant Biologists within a single year, underscoring his exceptional global leadership and contributions to plant science, and marking a significant milestone for the region’s scientific community.
