Prof. Hon-Ming Lam, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology, was invited to Universiti Putra Malaysia on June 3, 2026, to deliver a talk titled “Small Bean, Big Impact: The Future of Soybean Research”. The talk has explored the potential of stress tolerant soybean varieties to combat climate change, enhance food security, and promote sustainable agricultural practices for the future.
