Prof. Lam Hon-Ming, Director of SKLA, was invited to participate in the RTHK program 《悅讀憲法》 (Appreciating the Constitution), an eight-episode series exploring the significance of the Constitution from multiple perspectives, including technology, ecology, education, culture, politics, and economy.

In the episode “科技未來：憲法引領的創新之路” (Technology Future: The Innovation Path Guided by the Constitution), Prof. Lam highlighted how constitutional principles support scientific research and innovation. He shared insights from over two decades of agricultural biotechnology research, including the successful development of salt- and drought-tolerant soybean varieties under State Key Laboratory of Agrobiotechnology at CUHK. These achievements demonstrate how constitutional guarantees foster collaboration between Hong Kong and Mainland China, driving progress toward becoming a global technology powerhouse.
