Prof May Chu from the CUHK introduced how food risks are regulated globally and discussed the challenges to regulatory enforcement at the national and domestic levels. The talk was held online via zoom with 47 participants from Asia, Europe, North America and Africa, that includes international scholars, researchers, agricultural industry as well as the general public attended. They had an in-depth discussion on the topic.
