The 13th Agrobiotechnology Talk ‘Ancient Foods with Modern Benefits: An Overview of the Health Effects of Soyfoods’ was held online via zoom with a total of 86 participants attended. In this talk, Dr Mark Messina, Director of the Nutrition Science and Research for the Soy Nutrition Institute Global, presented an overview of the health effects of soyfoods as well as their controversies with the support of scientific literature, clinical and observational studies.
